Typical deliverables in this phase include developing a proforma that details project costs, sources of funds, operating revenue and expenses, and ten year operating projections. In addition, we can create high level milestone schedules as well as detailed project schedules for future phases.
Element will oversee every aspect of the construction process from pre-construction to project turnover. This includes helping owners develop the concept plan, hire and oversee consultants and contractors, manage budgets, oversee the draw process, and coordinate decisions with the ownership team. Upon completion of the project, Element will manage the coordination of punch list close out and critical project document turnover.
