Services can include the creation of a project proforma, preparation of investment brief, loan solicitation, applications and management for environmental remediation, and government grant programs. We specialize in utilization of federal and state tax credit programs and local grant services.
Element will oversee every aspect of the construction process from pre-construction to project turnover. Upon completion of the project, Element will manage the coordination of punch list close out and critical project document turnover.
Our team is skilled in assessing market value, evaluating refinancing and sale options, creating and executing a repositioning strategy, and providing cash flow analysis and financial forecasts. This allows us to work with others to develop strategies for reposition, disposition or portfolio management.
