In our experience, a typical tenant representation project requires an iterative five phase process. We will explore with a project kickoff meeting, space search and option refinement. We will coordinate proposals, evaluate total project costs for each space and prepare recommendations. Following guidance from the tenant, we will negotiate comprehensive letter of intent and eventually work with your legal team to negotiate the lease. As the lease is being negotiated, we can also lead the design/bid process, negotiate construction contracts, oversee the schedule, and manage the project budget during the build phase to ensure the transition to your new space is seamless.
