Faced with an incredibly short timeline to find a space, Cimarron Winter engaged Element to find a North Loop office that would meet their goal of providing a “beautiful, calm and engaging workplace”. Focusing on Cimarron Winter’s vision, Element laid out an efficient process that allowed the founders to visit many carefully selected options, with an expedited negotiation of the top candidates. Before the successful negotiation of the lease in a recently renovated building, Element worked with Cimarron Winter to develop their corner office floor plan, obtain pricing, and lay out a critical path to ensure that the space met their requirements, budget, and schedule. Element’s deep experience with development translated into a streamlined process for the tenant. Throughout the process, Element stayed involved by providing guidance and direction so the project remained on track and budget.
