Chris brings a rigorous analytical mindset and calm, detail-driven approach to Element’s development work, supporting projects through the financial and technical stages of the real estate lifecycle. As a Development Associate, he helps mission-driven organizations, small businesses, and community partners move from early feasibility to construction and financing closeout with clarity and confidence.
With a background in capital markets, underwriting, and financial modeling, Chris previously evaluated more than $500 million in multifamily and mixed-use assets across the Upper Midwest, spanning both market-rate and affordable housing. This experience sharpened his understanding of performance drivers, operational feasibility, and long-term asset planning.
At Element, Chris works closely with the Director of Development on due diligence, proforma development, market research, and funding analysis, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. He is motivated by thoughtful problem-solving and the opportunity to contribute to projects that strengthen communities through sound, data-informed decision-making.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, exercising, and reading.
