Her experience spans the full spectrum of real estate—from site selection and feasibility to complex financing, tax credits, and project delivery—with more than $280 million in office, retail, housing, mixed-use, and historic redevelopments across the Twin Cities. JoAnna’s work sits at the intersection of economic vitality, community impact, and inclusive growth. Outside the office, she is active in MNCAR and WIRED UP, advocates for affordable housing and children with autism, and enjoys exploring the Twin Cities by foot, bike, and canoe with her husband and three energetic kids.
