With an academic background in architecture and an MBA from Southwest Minnesota State University, he brings a unique blend of design thinking and operational discipline to his work.

As Operations Coordinator at Element, Hamid focuses on streamlining workflows, improving internal systems, and increasing clarity and efficiency across teams. He approaches each process through a “net positive effect” lens, ensuring that operations not only run smoothly, but also create tangible value for clients, partners, and internal teams.

Hamid lives in New Brighton with his wife and their cat, Milo. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the evolving urban landscape of the Twin Cities, researching global AI trends in automation, and getting outdoors for hikes to take in Minnesota’s natural landscape.
