Tricia's extensive experience in various areas of business administration, including marketing, business development, and project billing, has allowed her to continuously expand her skillset in both creative and detail-oriented aspects of projects. As a key member of the Element team, Tricia is responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy across leasing and development projects. She collaborates closely with team members and owners to create marketing collateral, proposals, and presentation decks that meet the project's goals.
Prior to joining Element, Tricia held various positions at a specialized construction company, as well as both small and large scaled architecture firms, enabling her to gain insights into the commercial building industry from different angles. She recently completed the Real Estate Diversity Initiative program offered by ULI, further enhancing her understanding of each stage of real estate development.
Outside of the office, you can find Tricia biking, running, paddle boarding, finding new hammock spots, playing volleyball, or watching live music with a local beer in hand.
