Vibe Realty, a growing residential firm with deep ties to St. Paul, signed a lease over the summer at Cathedral Hill’s iconic Blair Arcade. Vibe, co-founded by brothers Rob Glynn and Steve Anderson, pride themselves on redefining the modern day real estate experience, believing deeply in diversity, inclusion, and putting the best interests of their clients at the forefront; over 20% of agents at Vibe identify as LGBTQ+ and they are an LGBTQ+ owned brokerage. This agency wants both their agents and clients alike to feel empowered.
Vibe’s previous offices were located at 526 Selby Avenue, so the move down the street to the corner of Selby and Western Avenues has been seamless. While they await a new space in Blair Arcade, currently under construction through the team at Mission Construction, the team has taken their temporary office to the lower level of the building. The old Selby office featured local craft beer and kombucha on tap, as well as state-of-the-art technology throughout; Vibe believes that the environment people spend their time in matters. The new offices at Blair Arcade will continue to amplify the client experience. RoehrSchmitt is the lead architect of their future office, and they look forward to their new space, which should be completed later this Fall.
