Little Luxuries Nail Lounge Growing, Sign Lease at 4Marq

Little Luxuries Nail Lounge, the local nail salon founded by Amy Vang, is growing. Currently operating one location in the Rainbow building of Uptown Minneapolis, Little Luxuries signed a lease to expand their services into the 4Marq building in Downtown Minneapolis. 

The Element team leased the space to an upscale nail salon one month before the pandemic. Due to unfortunate timing, the space has been vacant since the end of 2020. With retail continuing its steady boom and Little Luxuries looking for an additional location as they continue to grow, the 4Marq space became the perfect option. 

Amy and her team received international buzz when Minnesota star Olympian gymnast Suni Lee revealed her Olympic-themed nails at the games in Tokyo. Turns out, Amy and her team were behind the famous fingers, receiving a glowing amount of press in the process. According to their website, Little Luxuries features their own brand of nail products, such as acrylic powders, nail art brushes, cuticle oils, rapid gel removers, and more.
