Redevelopment of Lowry Morrison Earns a Statewide Recognition

The historic renovation of the Lowry Morrison building transformed a dilapidated and vacant eyesore into a vibrant asset in the North Loop neighborhood. Lowry Morrison is now home to some of the North Loop’s most beloved retailers, Edward’s Dessert Kitchen and InVision Distinctive Eyewear, while its 2nd and 3rd floor offices are fully leased to office tenants.
