CBRE report ranks Minneapolis highly as a lure of tech talent

Minneapolis ranks 15th across North America in CBRE's 2016 "Scoring Tech Talent Report." The city has seen a 34.8% increase in tech related jobs since 2010, according to CBRE. With this increase of tech talent migrating toward the area, office vacancy rates tend to fall. The North Loop is a perfect example of this phenomenon.

"In Minneapolis, the North Loop Neighborhood is becoming a hot spot for tech companies on the prowl for office space because of the character of the buildings and access to amenities such as public transit, housing and restaurants, according to the company." - StarTribune, 15 July 2016

The tech industry has certainly flocked to the area, but there are still opportunities to start or move your business to the North Loop. Consider being a part of the thriving North Loop with these available spaces:

  1. 724 First
  2. ABC Retail
  3. 106 Washington
  4. Northwestern Building
  5. Lowry Building
  6. Coiner Building
  7. Pacific Flats
